• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges and strengths, enabling tailored support strategies.
• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing recognized treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clear, achievable goals and interventions that suit the client’s specific needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated and coordinated care for clients, sharing insights and progress updates.
• Provide crisis intervention support, conducting risk assessments and safety planning when necessary to ensure client safety.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies to track client progress.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required; an advanced degree in marriage and family therapy, social work, or psychology is highly preferred.
• A valid and active license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Nevada is required.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in providing therapy to couples and families.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Experience working in community health settings or mental health clinics.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and client management.
• Capacity for addressing a broad range of mental health conditions, particularly in a remote therapeutic context.
