RECEPTIONIST - FULL TIME
Champion Automotive Group is looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Full-Time Receptionist to join our team in Athens, Alabama. As the first point of contact for our dealership, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors or calls our business.

Position Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and visitors with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously.
  • Assist customers with general inquiries and connect them with the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
  • Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, scanning documents, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Support the sales, service, and accounting departments with various office tasks.
  • Help ensure smooth daily operations by providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
