OF JOB:
The Reading Teacher provides literacy instruction and intervention to support students in achieving grade-level reading proficiency through assessment, differentiated instruction, and collaboration with staff and families.
TERMS OF
EMPLOYMENT:
• Full-time, 10-month, tenure track assignment.
• Competitive salary; negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

SUPERVISES: N/A
QUALIFICATIONS,
EXPERIENCE AND
COMPETENCIES:
• Dual Certification: Literacy B-6 and SWD Certification
• 3-5 years of experience in Special Education or Reading
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS
AND ABILITIES
DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide literacy instruction and interventions
• Monitor student progress and maintain records
• Differentiate instruction to meet student needs
