A full-time position typically requires 30-40 hours per week, often in clinical, home, or school settings. Collaboration with families, teachers, and other professionals is common to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions. The schedule is usually structured but may vary depending on client appointments and workplace settings, such as clinics, schools, or homes. This hands-on, supportive role allows you to make a meaningful impact on clients’ development and growth.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a full time RBT?

Excellent communication, patience, and the ability to build rapport with clients and families are standout soft skills. These qualities are vital for delivering effective behavioral interventions, ensuring accurate progress tracking, and fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.
