About the Role:
Brighter Mind Therapy LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Arlington Heights, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families through evidence-based ABA therapy. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments, for clients across the lifespan
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BT staff
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making and program modifications
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and effective treatment
  • Deliver parent training and caregiver coaching to support generalization of skills across environments
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethics and insurance requirements
Requirements:
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Experience conducting VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, or similar skills-based assessments
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Strong supervisory, leadership, and mentoring skills for RBT/BT staff
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families and interdisciplinary teams
  • Illinois licensure (LBA) or eligibility to obtain required
