Designed to connect guests with nature, adventure, restoration, and personal growth, Austin will build upon the legacy established in Tucson, Lenox, and Las Vegas while creating new opportunities for exceptional talent to shape the future of wellness hospitality.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

  • Provides professional hair services while delivering exceptional guest service.

  • Performs required hair services including haircuts, blowouts, updos, and wedding hair.

  • Maintains current knowledge of hair techniques, styles, and beauty treatments.

  • Educates guests on hair care needs and meets retail sales goals.

  • Keeps workstation clean, stocked, and compliant with company and state standards.

  • Communicates effectively with assistants and management regarding scheduling, paperwork, and guest safety.


Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Completed professional cosmetologist education by an accredited school and complete continued education as required by the Cosmetology Board.
  • Bring 2-3 years of hands-on experience or specialized training.
  • Maintain a current and valid state Cosmetology license.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, skill, and a deep commitment to healing and wellness.
