CADDIEMASTER is hiring a Full-Time Caddie Manager Apprentice at Driftwood Golf and Ranch Club

We're hiring a Caddie Manager Apprentice to join our team and begin a career path in golf operations and management. This position starts at Driftwood Golf and Ranch Club, where you will work as an Assistant Caddie Manager while completing a structured apprenticeship program designed to develop the skills needed to advance within CADDIEMASTER.

Important Mobility Requirement: This position is intended to prepare candidates for management opportunities throughout our network of clubs. All training and onboarding will take place at Driftwood Golf and Ranch Club. Following training, apprentices should expect to be relocated to another club within the CADDIEMASTER portfolio, typically within 2–6 months of employment. Candidates must be willing and able to relocate for continued employment and career advancement.

As an apprentice, you will be paid as a full-time employee and be eligible for benefits. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship program, you will continue in the role of Assistant Caddie Manager, with opportunities to advance into a Caddie Manager position.

This is an entry-level management role with significant opportunities for growth and advancement.

As a Caddie Manager Apprentice, you will:
  • Work full-time as an Assistant Caddie Manager at Driftwood Golf and Ranch Club, learning directly from experienced Caddie Managers.
  • Participate in a 6-week online training program that provides in-depth instruction on CADDIEMASTER's systems, processes, and management philosophy, including readings, assignments, and weekly meetings with company leadership.
  • Develop the operational, leadership, and administrative skills needed to become a successful Caddie Manager.
  • Build strong relationships with golfers and caddies while helping create a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment.
  • Prepare for future placement opportunities at other CADDIEMASTER-managed clubs across the country.
Experience Requirements:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Basic golf knowledge.
  • A passion for the game of golf.
  • Willingness to relocate within the first 2–6 months of employment.
