This is an excellent opportunity for an architect who wants to take on meaningful leadership responsibilities, work directly with clients, and help grow a transportation-focused architecture practice.

Our current portfolio includes projects for major public agencies such as Amtrak, MTA Construction & Development, MTA New York City Transit, NJ TRANSIT, the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, Rutgers University, the New York City School Construction Authority (SCA) and NJ Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC)

  • Coordinate with structural, civil, MEP, fire protection, and specialty engineering disciplines.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations.
  • Perform technical QA/QC reviews and mentor junior architects.
  • Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and construction issues.
  • Support proposal development and business development efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, accessibility standards, and client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
  • Registered Architect (RA) required.
  • Minimum 10 years of architectural experience.
  • Strong Revit proficiency a plus.

  • Transportation Infrastructure
  • Transit-Oriented Development
  • Aviation Facilities
  • Institutional and Public-Sector Projects
  • Design-Build Project Delivery

Experience working with agencies such as Amtrak, MTA, NJ TRANSIT, Port Authority, or similar transportation clients is highly desirable.

Don't have rail experience? We encourage experienced architects from aviation, industrial, healthcare, higher education, institutional, government, and mission-critical sectors to apply.

Software Experience

Preferred experience with:

  • Autodesk Revit
  • AutoCAD
  • Bluebeam

Experience with MicroStation is a plus but not required.

Why Join INFOTRAN?

We offer:

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • 401(k) with company contribution
  • Paid vacation and holidays
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
