Our growth creates opportunity for advancement, leadership visibility, and long-term career development while maintaining the supportive, close-knit environment that sets us apart.If you're ready to grow your career while supporting important national missions, we'd love to connect with you.What You'll DoSupport mission-critical programs in secure government environmentsAnalyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality resultsEnsure compliance with contract and security standardsContribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performanceDetermine signal structure and parameters, models RF-domain behavior, processes I/Q and bit-level data, and analyzes radar emissions, scan patterns, scheduling, power, antenna pattern, and polarization characteristics.What You BringActive minimum TS clearanceExperience supporting government or DoD programsAbility to work independently and within a collaborative team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in TechELINT; OPELINT; radar waveforms; DSP; I/Q data; signal processing; emitter analysisMinimum of 12 years of experience with a Master's degree related to the labor category; or related bachelor's plus 5 additional years of related senior experience, for 17 total years, as substitute for master's.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting MSIC and DIA programsAgile, cloud, or modernization experienceBackground in process improvement or analytical servicesStrong knowledge in Python/MATLAB; demodulation; bitstream analysis; antenna theory; radar modesCompensation & BenefitsAt Weeghman & Briggs, we believe our people are our greatest strength.
