Job description

Location: Remote | LATAM
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Company
We are a fast-growing pediatric respiratory care brand best known for our hospital-grade health products built for families. Selling across DTC, Amazon, Target, Walmart, and TikTok Shop, we are rapidly expanding our core consumer product suite.
The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Media Manager to own day-to-day performance across our paid media portfolio: Google (Search & Shopping), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Target Roundel retail media, and emerging channels like TikTok, Reddit, and Pinterest. This is a builder's role, not an oversight role-you will be in-platform daily, managing an annual media budget of $600K+ (highly seasonal around cold/flu season, Prime Day, and back-to-school).
Reporting directly to the CCO, you will be the primary owner of campaign execution, budget pacing, creative testing, and performance reporting across all paid channels.
What You'll Own
Hourly / Real-Time Operations
  • Monitor all active platforms for spend anomalies.
  • Respond immediately to ad account rejections, disapprovals, or billing issues.

Daily Optimization
  • Adjust budgets (typically 10-15% swings) and bids based on pacing, CPA, and ROAS signals.
  • Run daily budget pacing checks across all channels to align spend with monthly targets.

Weekly Execution
  • Deliver week-over-week performance tracking (spend, conversion, CPA pacing) vs. targets.
  • Execute off-platform test roadmaps (landing page tests, offer tests).
  • Audit creative performance, launch new creative concepts, and scale winning assets.
  • Launch and pause in-platform tests (audience, creative, bid, or structural).

Monthly & Strategic Ownership
  • Deliver MoM performance analyses and run long-term trend analysis on key metrics (FTIR, CPM, CPC, CR).
  • Manage cross-channel attribution tracking and budget reallocation.
  • Evaluate and pilot new paid media channels with structured test-and-learn frameworks.
  • Partner with the CCO on quarterly budget planning and channel mix strategies as we scale toward $50M+ in revenue.

What You Bring
Required:
  • 2-5+ years managing paid media in-house or agency-side, with direct hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search/Shopping) and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Demonstrated experience managing annual media budgets of $500K+.
  • Deep fluency with ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, CPM, and contribution-margin-aware decision-making.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills to build custom pacing and reporting views.
  • A disciplined test-and-learn mindset to evaluate hypotheses without reacting to short-term noise.

Preferred:
  • Experience with Target Roundel, Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products/DSP), or other retail media networks.
  • Experience in DTC e-commerce (CPG, health, or parenting categories).
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Reddit, or Pinterest Ads.

Tech Stack: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Target Roundel, GA4, Google Sheets, Asana.
