SCHEDULE: MON-TH (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

What You'll Do

This is a full-time, permanent position within a manufacturing environment, responsible for assisting in the production of charitable and lottery gaming products, including pull-tab tickets (break-open tickets) and bingo paper. The role involves working with high-speed production equipment, material handling systems, and quality assurance processes to ensure the efficient and accurate manufacturing of products.

The ideal candidate for this position will have entry-level experience in a production or manufacturing environment and a willingness to learn and grow within the company. They should have prior experience in assembly, material handling, or machine operation in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and be able to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures. A strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail are essential, along with a willingness to cross-train in multiple production roles and adapt to various tasks. The candidate should be able to work efficiently under supervision, maintaining productivity and quality standards, and demonstrate a commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment, including die-cutting, gluing, collating, cutting, and shrink-wrapping machines.
  • Load and feed pre-printed Bingo sheets into continuous feeders while ensuring proper alignment and accuracy.
  • Conduct routine quality inspections on pull-tab deals before boxing to meet production and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with Gluer Operators and Die Cut Operators to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Stack, fan, and align deals to ensure proper collation, jogging, numbering, and packaging.
  • Maintain machine cleanliness, perform minor maintenance, and ensure a safe work environment.
  • Assemble boxes, prepare packaging materials, and pack and label finished products per customer specifications.
  • Run casing programs, verify serial numbers, apply game-specific case labels, and shrink-wrap finished products with security stickers.
  • Work at the imaging line's end to mix, fan, and rubber-band deals before placing them onto skids for distribution.
  • Adhere to strict quality control and safety regulations throughout production.
  • Perform additional manufacturing and material handling duties as assigned to support continuous production improvement.
  • Support production operations in various roles, including 2-Way Feeder, Auto Collator Feeder, Die Cutter Helper, Finishing Utility, Gluer Feeder, Inspector, and Laminator Helper.
  • Assist in secondary roles such as Auto Collator Delivery, Bonzai Delivery, Boxer, Caser, Cutter Helper, Hand Collator, Hand Collator Feeder, Gluer Helper, Label Maker, Material Handler, Order Puller, Packer, Palletizer, Racker, Shrink Wrapper, Slitter Feeder, Slitter Final Checker, Slitter Mixer/Stacker, and Taper as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
