Box Office Pull Tab Seller (Part-Time) - $17 per hour
The Pull Tab Seller is responsible for selling and redeeming Pull Tabs on behalf of the Minnesota Wild Foundation at designated bar locations inside the Grand Casino Arena during Minnesota Wild home games. Pull Tab Sellers provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, often loud environment while educating guests on Pull Tab rules, game procedures, and the mission of the Minnesota Wild Foundation. Every interaction must be conducted with professionalism, respect, and courtesy.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
  • Sell and redeem Pull Tabs at assigned booths or bar locations within the arena.
  • Maintain full compliance with Minnesota's lawful gambling rules, including proper procedures, documentation, and game security.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to fans to maximize Pull Tab engagement and sales.
  • Accurately handle cash, maintain an organized cash drawer, and follow all cash-out and reconciliation procedures.
  • Share information about the Minnesota Wild Foundation and the impact of Pull Tab revenue.
  • Ensure booth areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with gambling display requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:
Formal Education & Certification:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous cash-handling experience required.
  • Prior Pull Tab or charitable gambling experience strongly preferred.

Knowledge & Experience:
  • Experience in gaming, bar service settings, sales, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong cash-handling accuracy and trustworthiness.
  • Ability to understand and communicate Minnesota gambling rules clearly to guests.
  • Basic computer/data entry proficiency for inventory and transaction logging.
  • Ability to interact professionally and tactfully with guests in a busy, loud, and fast-paced environment.
