As a Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans and write therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Assist in crisis management situations by employing effective de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety.
• Collect, record, and analyze patient data to track progress, inform treatment adjustments, and enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain a professional and confidential virtual office, ensuring all client interactions are conducted with the utmost respect and security.
• Engage in continued professional development through individualized supervision, receiving support tailored to your growth as a clinician.

This position primarily serves a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges. Your role will involve working with adults, children, and families, incorporating developmental considerations into your therapeutic approach. A commitment to trauma-informed care and cultural competency will be essential in building rapport and delivering effective interventions.

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• Current licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Associate (LMHC-A).
• At least one year of experience in a behavioral health or mental health setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practice.

Additional desirable qualifications include:

• Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches, research-backed methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Familiarity with pediatric mental health care, including developmental considerations across the lifespan.
• Current understanding of professional practices, including innovative approaches such as psychedelic integration counseling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with community partners.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will have access to:
