Job description

Behavioral Health Associates (BHA) is an educational organization. We offer an academic learning environment integrated with behavior support services for students diagnosed with emotional/behavioral disorders to empower the students in overcoming challenges and creating new stories in their lives.

We currently have an opening for a full-time Job Coach.

POSITION GOAL

As a Job Coach you will provide constant supervision and motivate students to develop their full work potential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

  • Transport students to and from scheduled work sites (company provided vehicle).
  • Supervise students at the job site following BHA Career Employment Program Training Guidelines.
  • Follow all safety driving laws as per Job Coach Training Guidelines.
  • Complete daily student evaluation form.
  • Attend required yearly trainings.
  • Communicate any questions, concerns about students and businesses to Program Director.
  • Will perform other duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (G.E.D.).
  • Experience working with children/students, preferred.
  • Utilizes effective written and oral expression.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Must provide successfuland continued renewal of required clearances.
