We are hiring aWeekend Registered Nurse (RN)for aHome Healthposition providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in the Erie, PA area. This position is eligible for $20,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $10,000 sign-on bonus.

What Youll Do:

  • Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you

  • Perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning

  • Educate and empower patients and families on disease management and treatment plans so they feel confident, informed, and cared for

  • Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation

  • Work independently, but never alone

  • Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

RN Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work

  • One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care

  • Current drivers license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
