Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Long-Term Care (LTC) for our client in Marienville, PA 16239. This is a 13 weeks contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!
Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Marienville, PA 16239
Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: Weekend Warrior (Thursday-Sunday or Friday-Sunday)
Pay rate: $55 - $59/hr
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor residents' vital signs, condition changes, and overall health status
  • Coordinate care with physicians, CNAs, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate intervention when needed
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control, and state regulations
  • Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and treatment

To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Minimum experience in Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing / Nursing Home preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
