As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and support.
Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Monitor resident conditions and vital signs
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Lead, mentor, and support CNA staff
  • Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and well-being
  • Contribute to individualized care planning
