Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions.
  • Provide services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
  • Continuously assess patient needs and adjust care plans based on any changes in their condition.
  • Offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and LPNs on a daily basis.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Possess a nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
  • Hold a current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the applicable state.
  • Preferably have at least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
  • CPR certification is required upon hire or must be obtained during orientation; this certification must remain current throughout employment.

  • Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
  • Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment in all situations.
