Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients during their initial sessions to identify their unique needs and establish counseling goals.
  • Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods and frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure client objectives are achieved.
  • Provide continuous support to clients, addressing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation following organizational policies and relevant ethical standards.
