Job description

Customer Care Specialist

Location: Alpharetta, GA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $23–$30/hr + quarterly performance based bonuses.

At Serenity, we believe purposeful work comes from helping people move forward. Our team is dedicated to creating supportive experiences that help individuals feel encouraged, confident, and cared for throughout their journey.

We’re currently hiring Customer Care Specialists to guide individuals through a structured service program designed to support personal progress and well-being. If you enjoy connecting with people and creating positive experiences, this could be a great next step in your career.

No specialized experience required. We provide comprehensive paid training and certification, so you feel confident in your role.

About the Role

As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the friendly, reliable presence that individuals interact with throughout their program experience. You’ll help create a welcoming environment, guide people through scheduled sessions, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Your role focuses on building trust, providing encouragement, and creating a positive experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one support during scheduled service sessions
  • Operate specialized program equipment and tools (training provided)
  • Encourage participants using simple tools like journaling, goal setting, and reflection
  • Keep accurate records of session progress and communicate updates with team members
  • Create a welcoming, calm environment for every individual you work with

Who We’re Looking For

We hire people for their attitude, compassion, and reliability — not just their background.

This role is a great fit for individuals coming from:

  • Customer service
  • Hospitality
  • Retail
  • Education
  • Coaching or mentoring roles
  • Any people-focused profession

If you naturally enjoy helping others feel comfortable and supported, you’ll likely thrive here.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-time professional experience (any industry)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable, hard working, and open to feedback
  • Background check and drug screening required

Why Join Serenity?

At Serenity, your work has a real impact. You’ll be part of a team that values positivity, growth, and helping people move forward.

Benefits Include

  • 90% employer-paid medical, dental & vision coverage
  • 10 days PTO (15 after 1 year) + 10 paid holidays
  • 401(k) program
  • Fast advancement opportunities as we continue to grow
  • A supportive, team-oriented culture
