Store Manager, eCommerce

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Monday through Thursday on-site (required in office 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM); Friday remote. Standard business hours approximately 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Contract: Temporary/Contract
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour (non-negotiable)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Manager, eCommerce to support the daily operations of multiple artist and label online storefronts. In this role, you will help manage the backend operations of approximately 60 ecommerce stores, ensuring product launches, merchandising initiatives, inventory updates, and promotional campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule.
Working alongside Senior Store Managers and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in maintaining a seamless online shopping experience while supporting high-profile artist merchandise and music releases in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of approximately 60 ecommerce storefronts.
  • Assist Senior Store Managers with maintaining artist and label online stores.
  • Execute product launches, store launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Update product listings, pricing, images, descriptions, and collections.
  • Maintain storefront content and backend systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory levels, restocks, and product availability.
  • Coordinate promotions, sales events, and merchandising initiatives.
  • Partner with fulfillment, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Support third-party ecommerce integrations and troubleshoot technical or operational concerns.
  • Review sales, inventory, and performance reports to identify merchandising opportunities.
  • Recommend improvements to product presentation and online merchandising strategies.
  • Assist with digital music release support and related ecommerce activities.
  • Communicate operational updates with internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage multiple priorities and ad hoc requests while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in ecommerce operations, retail store operations, omnichannel retail, consumer products, apparel, or merchandise management.
  • Experience supporting product launches, merchandising initiatives, inventory management, or order fulfillment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus.
  • Experience using ecommerce platforms to:
    • Manage storefront backend operations
    • Launch new products
    • Update product information and pricing
    • Execute promotions and sales events
    • Maintain collections and merchandising
    • Monitor inventory and troubleshoot operational issues
  • Experience supporting high-volume ecommerce stores or multiple storefronts simultaneously.
