Premier Rehabilitation Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at our orthopedic outpatient practice in Sacramento, California. This full-time position is located on-site at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Sacramento, California. Our facility is designed to be welcoming and supportive, offering a variety of treatment areas equipped with the latest rehabilitation technologies. You will work alongside a dedicated team of two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), ensuring a dynamic environment aimed at providing comprehensive care for our patients.

• Assess and understand patient goals and needs, formulating individualized treatment plans that align with their recovery objectives.
• Maintain a manageable patient load of one patient per hour, allowing sufficient time for thorough evaluations and high-quality care.
• Employ evidence-based interventions and a diverse range of treatment techniques tailored to optimize patients' motion and mobility.
• Engage patients in customized fitness and wellness programs that elevate their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient rehabilitation.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness continuously, documenting progress and adjusting care plans as necessary based on patient needs and feedback.
• Prioritize patient education, empowering individuals to minimize reliance on medications and pursue non-surgical treatment alternatives.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their treatment journey, actively participating in promoting a healthy lifestyle.

You will primarily work with adult patients facing orthopedic challenges, including post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, and mobility impairments. Your expertise will not only facilitate their rehabilitation but also equip them with the tools to sustain their improvements long term. This patient population seeks to reclaim their activities of daily living and enhance their overall well-being, making your role pivotal in their recovery journey.

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in California.
• No current board or disciplinary actions against your professional license.
• Strong manual therapy skills and proficiency in developing effective exercise routines tailored to patients' individual needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, such as WebPT, with the ability to document treatment and outcomes efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective interactions with patients and the healthcare team.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated ability to implement evidence-based practices and deliver high-quality patient care.
• Experience in utilizing collaborative care strategies with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient management.

The Physical Therapist role at Premier Rehabilitation Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
