The position is based entirely onsite at our outpatient facility in Anaheim. You'll be part of a close-knit team of professionals, including two other physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA), in a collaborative and interactive environment. • Assess and comprehend the individual goals and needs of each patient, ensuring personalized treatment plans.
• Manage a consistent patient load, facilitating one-on-one sessions, allowing you to develop meaningful relationships and progress with your patients.
• Utilize your prior orthopedic outpatient experience to deliver targeted interventions aimed at improving mobility and functionality.
• Provide evidence-based, cost-effective treatment options that enhance your patient's quality of life while minimizing reliance on medications.
• Design and implement comprehensive care plans utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.
• Create customized fitness and wellness programs tailored specifically to meet the unique requirements of each client.
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care that motivates patients and fosters their commitment to recovery.
• Promote active lifestyles by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination among your patients.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to create a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all services provided, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient demographic, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries. You will work closely with patients ranging from athletes with sports injuries to seniors experiencing mobility issues. • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California, with no board or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong foundational manual therapy skills.
• Proficiency in creating effective exercise regimens tailored to patient needs.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, to efficiently manage patient documentation and treatment notes.

• Minimum of three years of experience in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing treatment strategies that yield positive patient outcomes.
• A track record of collaboration in a multi-disciplinary team setting.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
