Job Overview
We are urgently hiring an experienced CNC Mill Programmer / Setup Operator for a trusted precision CNC machine shop in Apex, NC. This is a great opportunity for a skilled machinist who is looking for steady, long-term work with competitive pay, strong benefits, and room for growth.
Responsibilities
As a CNC Mill Programmer / Setup Operator, you will:
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines
  • Work with 3-axis, 4-axis, 3+2, and horizontal milling centers
  • Perform tooling setups and make tool offset adjustments
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet tight tolerance requirements
  • Maintain machine accuracy and quality throughout production
