Dental Assistant (DA) โ€“ Full-Time | Brio Dental Point Loma | San Diego / Point Loma

Brio Dental Point Loma is a well-established, multi-provider private dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team.

Schedule
  • Full-Time, Mondayโ€“Friday
  • Patient Hours:
    โ€ข Mondayโ€“Thursday: 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM (hygiene starts at 7:30 AM)
    โ€ข Friday: Administrative day
  • Rotating early start shifts: approximately 7:30 AM โ€“ 8:00 AM
  • 8-hour clinical days with occasional overtime based on patient volume and needs
  • Occasional coverage may be required at nearby affiliated offices

Requirements
  • 1โ€“3+ years DA experience in general dentistry (required)
  • Dentrix experience required
  • California DA Certification / X-ray certificate
  • Experience with digital radiography and intraoral digital scanning
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, multi-provider environment
Responsibilities
  • Assist dentists in 4-handed dentistry procedures
  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
  • Sterilization and infection control compliance
  • Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
  • Support efficient clinical workflow and scheduling flow
  • Cross-training in front office is a strong plus
