Direct Support Professional (DSP) โ€“ Residential | Full-Time | 36 Hours Weekly

Join CCARC and make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. As a DSP, youโ€™ll provide hands-on support while helping individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity.

Schedule:

  • Thursday: 8:00 PM โ€“ 9:00 AM
  • Friday: 8:00 PM โ€“ 8:00 AM
  • Saturday: 8:00 PM โ€“ 8:00 AM

Full-Time | 36 Hours Weekly

Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and community activities
  • Assist with meals, medications, hygiene, and household routines
  • Encourage independence, confidence, and social engagement
  • Transport individuals to appointments, outings, and recreational activities
  • Maintain documentation and communicate with team members and families
  • Help create a safe, positive, and supportive home environment
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driverโ€™s License and reliable transportation
  • Ability to complete required trainings (CPR, PMT, Medication Certification, etc.)
