Job description

We're looking for a full-time hygienist. The office hours are: Tues 8-5, Weds 8-3, Thurs 8-5, Fri 8-2:30. Staff arrive 7:30-7:45.

Hygiene is run single-column. Appointments are 50 minutes for routine adult prophies and there is an assistant for X-Rays, etc.

Hygienists are expected to provide quality service including diagnosing and caring for patients' perio needs. This includes SRP and PMT.

We have Cavitrons every hygiene operatory and of course utilize hand scalers.

Dr Spence has been practicing in this location for 37 years so our patient base is very solid and patient retention is very high. Our patient base is self-pay and insurance but we do not accept Medicaid.

If you are interested in a position. Or even doing part-time work if you are maintaining a position at another office, please provide a resume and we will proceed from there. We generally start the interview process with a working interview @$57 an hour. The pay rate will be based on performance, productivity and added value to practice.
