Night Operations
Now hiring 2nd shift; full-time; will include some weekends
Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate daily with customers and partners via phone and email
  • Review and manage shipping loads, ensuring all data is entered accurately and records are maintained with precision.
  • Be a dependable team player, support coworkers and customers, even outside your immediate responsibilities.
  • Identify and correct small errors before they become larger issues.
  • Learn and navigate proprietary systems (full training provided).
  • Step in wherever needed
  • Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting where no two days look the same.

  • Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills (both phone and email).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
