Job description

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a full-time Plant Foreman to join our team!

We are seeking a Plant Foreman that will be responsible for material handling, liquid processing, waste treatment, and the management of 10-14 people directly reporting to this role. The Plant Foreman will oversee the efficient operation of all plant processes. The Plant Foreman will also ensure productivity targets are achieved, SOPs are followed, and all plant safety standards are adhered to. The Plant Foreman will be responsible for completing scheduled reports on time and reporting variances to senior management.

Growth Opportunity! Upon successful completion of the 90-day probationary period, opportunities for salary increases are available.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations on the plant floor
  • Directly manage, coordinate, and lead 10–14 employees on 1st shift
  • Enforce all plant safety regulations, ensure SOP adherence, and maintain a hazard-free work environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude for pumps, hoses, air compressors, tankers and trucks
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Ability to drive company vehicles
  • Reliable and accurate reporting skills
  • Positive work ethic
  • Willingness to work in a hot and greasy environment
  • Proven work experience

Shift and pay:

  • Sunday to Thursday 6:30 am to 4:00 pm, $30/hr starting pay
