POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT

Moss' Energy Electrical Project Engineers are responsible for assisting the Electrical Assistant and Electrical Project Manager in the administrative and technical management of large utility scale Solar projects. They assist in supervising all activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and scheduling. Positive attitude and behavior are necessary as you will interact with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform electrical take offs to support accurate material orders
  • Analyze/update and distribute drawing revisions at each drawing set' development stage
  • Create Equipment, DC and AC Signage & labels for all sites
  • Submit, manage and reconcile outstanding submittals
  • Update electrical logs based on PO issuance
  • Manage / Track site equipment
  • Process Invoices for vendors through CMIC and Internal systems
  • Identify Change Order necessities
  • Schedule trucking / logistics
  • Upload field required documents onto PlanGrid
  • Record field deliveries in CMIC
  • Perform other duties assigned

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Plangrid
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced project dynamic
  • High attention to detail and strong ability to follow through
  • Eager to take on new tasks and learn
