The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital field leader driving high-quality commercial interior construction projects to successful completion in the Raleigh market. This role offers the autonomy to manage on-site field operations while leveraging modern digital tools like PlanGrid to maintain high quality and precision. You will have a direct impact on project execution within an organization that deeply prioritizes continuous improvement and robust career development.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Directed daily on-site field operations for commercial interior construction projects to maintain strict project timelines.
  • Coordinated project tasking and crew assignments entirely through PlanGrid software to streamline field communications.
  • Inspected project progress to enforce strict building code compliance and deliver a high degree of interior finish.
  • Formulated accurate electronic daily reports and comprehensive site safety logs within specialized field software.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven capability to read, interpret, and execute commercial construction plans electronically.
