  • Document quality issues related to hollow metal frames, wood doors, hardware, deliveries, storage, handling, and field installation.
  • Support documentation of damaged, missing, incorrect, or incomplete materials.
  • Assist with hollow metal frame inspections prior to door installation when requested.
  • Assist with warranty-related documentation and troubleshooting on existing projects within the warranty period.

Communication / Reporting

  • Communicate documented issues to the appropriate Superintendent, General Superintendent, Project Manager, and Field Leadership.
  • Provide timely updates when urgent deficiencies, missing materials, site conditions, or installation concerns are observed.
  • Coordinate with Superintendents before and after jobsite walks to confirm priorities, areas of concern, and follow-up items.
  • Provide weekly summaries of jobsites visited, major issues observed, and documentation completed.
  • Help track open field issues and punch list items as directed by Superintendents or General Superintendents.
  • Assist with jobsite inventory spot checks when requested.

Other Responsibilities

  • Support General Superintendents and Field Leadership with special documentation or quality-related projects as needed.
