Full Time Picker Packers are employees who work in warehouses or distribution centers, where their main responsibilities include selecting (picking) items from shelves and packing them for shipment. They typically use order sheets or handheld scanners to locate products, check for accuracy, and prepare them for delivery to customers or stores. This role often involves physical activity, attention to detail, and working as part of a team to meet daily targets. Full-time positions usually offer consistent hours and may include benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
