Job Title: Licensed Vocation Nurse
Hours: Full- time Monday - Friday (40) hours a week /8 hour a day.
Rate of pay: $ 30.00 plus additional monthly bonus opportunities.
Job description:
Purpose In this nursing role, you will be treating patients and assisting them to achieve their weight loss and wellness goals. This position works in supporting the overall clinic operations including patient care, program/membership/product education and sales, inventory management, and actively participates in achieving revenue goals.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Complete patient treatment sessions to include:
  • Evaluate patients’ needs and provide nutritional education, menu planning, and patient coaching.
  • Regularly administer vitamin injections to patients.
  • Routinely take patient vitals to include, blood pressure readings, pulse, and measurements.
  • Document all collected patient information clearly and correctly in the company EMR system.
  • Complete intravenous blood withdrawals, sample preparation, and procedure documentation.
  • Refer patients to the Medical Provider as needed for medication assessment Complete assigned patient care calls daily via the Phone Contact module in line with the contact policy.
  • Domain expert on all Lindora programs, products, promotions, and wellness services.
  • Complete program/membership/product sales and education.
  • Complete Zerona6 treatments to include patient measurements, photos, and appropriate documentation. Accurately manage clinic revenue, to include cash, credit/debit cards, and checks.
  • Assist in inventory management of both medical and product supplies. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of care daily. Work in collaboration with teammates in support of management. Participate in all ongoing training provided by the company. Role model through behavior and actions the company values to both colleagues and patients.
Basic Requirements: ·
  • Current California LVN license·
  • Blood Withdraw/IV required.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • Excellent organizational, customer service, interpersonal and verbal/written skills are essential.
  • Computer and typing proficiency are required.
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Sales experience is a plus! The industries that Lindora prefer are Retail, health amp; wellness, fitness, or med spa.
Job Type: Fulltime (40) hrs. a week.
