  • Provide various mental health services via telehealth, including individual and group therapy sessions, as well as family therapy when appropriate.
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, identifying patient needs and tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Federal, State, and company guidelines, ensuring high standards of care.
  • Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to optimize treatment plans and ensure holistic patient care.
  • Engage in regular case reviews and supervision meetings to continuously enhance therapeutic approaches and patient outcomes.

Our client demographic includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, particularly mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and related issues. You will provide care to a diverse group of clients, which may include adults, adolescents, and families from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Your role will involve understanding their unique life circumstances and developing meaningful therapeutic relationships to foster healing and growth.

Qualifications

  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Strong understanding of psychopharmacology, with the ability to communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills to foster trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, focusing on evidence-based treatment approaches for mood disorders.
  • A proven track record of successful patient outcomes through therapeutic interventions.
