Description
Are you interested in partnering with agencies in the development of policy and system initiatives related to public health?
The Springfield-Greene County Health Department is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Health Policy Analyst. Position will research, analyze, develop, and educate on public health-related policy. This position will research and analyze available data, policies, and best practices related to public health and will develop health policy briefs, impact assessments, ordinance language and much more.

Qualifications and Requirements
Experience, Education, and Training
  • Typically requires graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Public Health or other related field;

AND
  • Three years of professional work experience;
  • A Master's degree in an appropriate discipline may be substituted for one year of the professional work experience requirement;

PREFERRED
  • Previous and recent experience with health policy.
