Job description

A busy principal living in Ocala, FL is seeking a full-time personal assistant/house manager to help keep her busy life on track.  There are two properties in Ocala and one has horses and some equestrian care needs.  The candidate should be comfortable working independently and handling all aspects of personal assistant care to dealing with vendors and the care of a property with animals.  The role will guarantee 40 hours per week and an annual salary, even if 40 hours are not needed each week.  The client would prefer someone who is already local or a commutable distance to the Ocala, FL area.  This position is ready to hire.


  • All aspects of personal assistant care
  • Errands
  • Vendor management
  • Making sure properties are maintained when the client travels
  • Equestrian property - Making sure the horses/animals are being cared for properly 
  • Travel reservations and research needs

  • Must be legal to work in the US
  • Prior experience as a personal assistant or house manager for a busy high-end executive
  • Valid and clean driver's license
  • Ability to work independently

  • Problem solving skills
