Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Five9 contact center solutions tailored for financial services (banking, insurance, wealth management).
  • Develop secure IVR flows, call routing, campaigns, and agent desktops within Five9, following regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Integrate Five9 with CRM systems (Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Dynamics 365, or proprietary banking platforms) and other third-party financial APIs.
  • Implement omnichannel solutions (voice, chat, SMS, email) with attention to data privacy and financial compliance (GLBA, PCI-DSS).
  • Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and secure operations.
  • Collaborate with compliance, QA, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Develop reusable scripts, workflows, and automation within Five9 Studio while maintaining audit trails for financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years on Five9 development & administration.
  • Strong hands-on with Five9 Studio scripting, IVR design, campaign management, and reporting dashboards.
  • Experience with integrations to financial CRMs and APIs, ensuring secure data handling.
  • Understanding of VoIP, SIP, telephony protocols, and call flow design.
  • Knowledge of financial industry compliance requirements (PCI, GLBA, SOC2) is highly preferred.
