Prior car Sales experience isn’t required; general Sales experience is required, and we provide comprehensive professional Sales training to set you up for success. Duties/Responsibilities
- Engage customers on the showroom floor and through digital channels to understand needs and present Sales solutions.
- Conduct effective Sales consultations, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives.
- Build value in vehicle features, financing options, and protections to drive Sales.
- Maintain an organized Sales pipeline, follow up with prospects, and close deals.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the Sale.
- Collaborate with teammates and management to meet daily, weekly, and monthly Sales goals.
- Accurately complete paperwork and ensure compliance with dealership and DMV requirements.
- Continuously learn product knowledge, Sales techniques, and market trends.
Qualifications/Experience
- Previous car Sales experience is not required; but general Sales experience is required.
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset suited for a Sales role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Core competencies: strong communication skills, integrity, positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn, team player, receptive to new ideas.

Salary/Benefits
- Salary plus commission with unlimited earning potential.
- $40,000 – $60,000+ annual earning potential, based on performance and Sales results.
