These programs are often provided by employers to ensure that new hires are adequately prepared to perform their roles effectively. Paid training can include classroom instruction, hands-on experience, and mentorship, and it allows employees to earn a wage while developing their abilities. It is especially common in industries such as healthcare, sales, and trades, where specialized knowledge is required.
