We’re looking for Warehouse Associates to work at Flexport in Pleasant Prairie, WI. Earn $19.50/hr in a fast-paced environment with one of the world’s leading supply chain and logistics companies.


Temp-to-Hire Potential: This is a temporary position with potential to be hired by Flexport after 600 hours worked, based on performance, attendance, and business need.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the warehouse. Responsibilities may include loading/unloading, packing/shipping, scanning/labeling, inventory handling, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.


Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
Available Shift Times: Various shifts


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and put away inventory
  • Pack and ship orders according to customer specifications
  • Load boxes into trucks for shipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Scan and label inventory items
  • Organize and store inventory safely and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot problems as they arise
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized
  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Report safety hazards or concerns immediately
  • Communicate effectively with other team members


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills (including dependable attendance)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
  • Ability to push utility carts up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to use carts, dollies, and hand trucks
  • Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable)
  • Ability to work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
