Subspecialty interests in sports medicine, hip preservation, foot & ankle, or trauma are welcome, but the ideal candidate is comfortable managing a wide spectrum of pediatric orthopaedic conditions and collaborating within a multispecialty group.
Why Tampa Bay
Tampa Bay offers an exceptional quality of life with year-round outdoor recreation, professional sports, vibrant neighborhoods, and world-class beaches, all with no state income tax. The region has a strong youth sports culture and a growing pediatric population, creating an ideal environment for a sports-focused pediatric orthopaedic practice.

  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to high-quality patient care
Preferred / Desired Qualifications
  • Clinical interest or experience in pediatric and adolescent sports medicine
  • Experience caring for youth and adolescent athletes, including acute injuries and overuse conditions
  • Interest in community outreach and relationship-building with local schools, athletic programs, and referring providers
  • Comfort practicing within a general pediatric orthopaedic call model
  • Collaborative mindset and interest in long-term partnership in a physician-owned group

  • Patient-centered approach to care
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, including PAs, athletic trainers, and nursing staff
  • Commitment to ethical practice, professionalism, and continuous improvement
  • Interest in contributing to clinical education and mentorship within the practice
