Job Summary
The Full-Time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service assistance and assisting with day to day administrative needs . This entails answering phone calls, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers at the reception desk in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from car deals and provide receipt of payment
  • Maintain key, gas, plate and inventory spreadsheets
  • Promptly and efficiently answer multi-line switchboard and direct consumers to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
  • Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
  • Distribute daily intercompany paperwork.
  • Accepting new vehicles into inventory which included tagging keys, entering data into appropriate inventory systems and accounting entries.
  • Process dealer trade paperwork and submit to corporate for processing.
  • Submitting monthly supplies and coffee orders to corporate
  • Maintain coffee bar by keeping counter-tops clean and refilling products as necessary
  • Filing paperwork as needed.
  • Perform any other special duties as requested by dealer and other managers
  • Regular attendance consistent with attendance policy
