POSITION SUMMARY
The Oracle Fusion Cloud Administrator will serve as the primary contact in support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, overseeing the administration and maintenance of Oracle Cloud ERP Fusion applications to ensure optimal performance and availability. The role involves managing user accounts, roles, and permissions to maintain security and compliance. Additionally, the administrator will monitor system performance and health using Oracle Cloud monitoring tools, while planning, coordinating, and implementing application upgrades and patches. They will also diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and collaborate closely with application developers and other stakeholders to address Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP-related needs. Implementing security best practices, such as LBAC and SSO, will be essential to ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies. The administrator will manage data protection and privacy settings within Oracle ERP Fusion, working closely with HR, Supply Chain, Finance, and other business teams to support ERP-related needs. Effective communication with Oracle support and other external vendors will also be necessary when required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:
  1. Three or more years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience (OCI, Security, Release Management, Auditing) Oracle Certification Preferred.
  2. Experience with HCM, Supply Chain and Finance modules in Oracle Cloud
  3. Three or more years of Oracle Cloud Instance Management
  4. Understanding of Oracle Universal Credit model

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  1. Knowledge of system development methodology and principles of project management.
  2. Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  3. Technical knowledge and understanding of clinical systems.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively with staff.
  5. Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.

License/Certification/Registration:
None required.
