UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking an Oracle Cloud Administrator for an onsite position in Long Island City, NY. Active LinkedIn preferred. May change to hybrid after 90 days. The selected consultant will serve as the primary technical authority responsible for administering and optimizing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments, including Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle Autonomous Databases (ATP/ADW). This role ensures high availability, security, performance optimization, and seamless integration across SaaS and PaaS environments within an enterprise cloud ecosystem.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) administration
• Hands-on experience administering Oracle Fusion ERP and/or HCM environments
• Experience provisioning and managing Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)
• Strong experience with OCI Networking components including Virtual Cloud Networks (VCN), subnets, load balancers, and FastConnect
• Experience configuring and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) using Fusion Security Console
• Experience implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions
• Experience monitoring and securing environments using Oracle Cloud Guard
• Experience utilizing Oracle Cloud Monitoring and Oracle Enterprise Manager for performance tracking and SLA compliance
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Architect and/or OCI Database Management Specialist certification (preferred)


SCOPE OF SERVICES

• Oversee end-to-end administration, maintenance, and performance optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM environments
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security profiles to ensure compliance and proper access controls
• Coordinate environment refreshes, patching schedules, and system upgrades
• Provision, configure, and manage Oracle Autonomous Databases (ATP/ADW), leveraging automated tuning, scaling, and patching capabilities
• Configure and maintain OCI infrastructure components including networking, IAM, and cloud resources
• Implement and maintain SSO integrations and enterprise security controls
• Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and costs to ensure high availability and adherence to service-level agreements
• Ensure seamless integration between SaaS (Fusion Applications) and PaaS (OCI/Autonomous Database) environments
