In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
โ€ข Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
โ€ข Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
โ€ข Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
โ€ข Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
โ€ข Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
โ€ข Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill and Experience
โ€ข Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, IC).
โ€ข Experience with Oracle Global Roll- out process.
โ€ข Experience implementing Oracle Cloud Financials, with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud applications.
โ€ข Experience in at least two to three full lifecycle Oracle Financials Cloud implementations (AP, GL, AR, IC).
โ€ข Experience in at least two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations as a Finance Lead or Architect.
โ€ข Experience in chart of accounts (COA) design, multi-ledger architecture, financial consolidations, and intercompany accounting.
โ€ข Experience with global Oracle Cloud rollout programs.
โ€ข Experience with Oracle Unified Method (OUM), Agile methodologies, and testing strategies, including Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
โ€ข Experience with FBDI templates, integrations, and data migration concepts.
โ€ข Experience executing implementation strategies; gathering and analyzing business and system requirements; preparing functional specification documents; designing solutions; prototyping; testing; training; and implementing practical business solutions.
Preferred Skill and Experience
โ€ข Experience with Legacy ERP to-Fusion migration or hybrid multi-ERP environments.
โ€ข Experience in FBDI templates, integration and data migration concepts
โ€ข Experience in industries such as Food and Beverage
Treasury and bank integration frameworks.
Additional Required Qualifications
โ€ข Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
