Job description

DCS is searching for a performance‑driven Operations Research Analyst to support US Army programs. A focus on either Analytical, Financial, logistics, engineering, technical support and/or management of advanced networks for military vehicles and equipment. We’re seeking individuals who are excited to take on meaningful challenges, contribute to innovative solutions, and help shape the future of a fast‑evolving mission space. This position will be supporting multiple locations.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

MA/MS/MBA from an accredited college or university in Operations research, management science, analytics, math, engineering, computer science, or another technical or quantitative field with 6 years in data analytics, 5 of which are in a supervisory or lead capacity.

6 additional years of experience and a BA/BS or 10 years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Under limited supervision, perform complex analytical analyses using advanced mathematical and analytical methods to help organizations investigate complex issues, identify and solve problems, and make better decisions.

Perform high level operations research analysis.

May led/supervise small teams of Operations Analysts.

May contact and brief most levels of Government/client personnel.

Desired Skills:

Ability to obtain a secret clearance as needed.
