Full time Office Manager needed for electrical contractor.

This person will be responsible for many areas of the operation including dispatch and scheduling, bookkeeping, customer service, purchasing and pricing.  The right candidate will be able to grow into this job leading to earnings growth potential and increased responsibility.

THe ideal candidate will possess several or all of the following:

Working knowledge of Quickbooks

Working knowledge of Service Fusion software

Come from a construction background of 3 or more years.

Familiarity with A1A documents

Experience with obtaining building permits and ordering 811 locates.
