Details:
Network Engineer IV
Location: US-TX-Houston - 4 days onsite
Duration: Direct Hire / Fulltime
Need strong exp with Fortinet/Fortigate ,Aruba and Citrix Netscaler
Responsibilities:
Seeking senior level Network Engineer to support organization's enterprise data network. Role will act as subject matter expert on enterprise network platform and support the enterprise WAN/LAN/Firewalls/Load Balancing as part of a highly skilled network team. Will work in daily operations support and project roles. This role will serve as a senior member of the network team. This role will provide design and architectural support, serve as the final point of escalation for all network related issues, and be expected to mentor junior team members.
As a Network Engineer IV you will:
  • Engineers, configures, and leads the design, configuration and deployment of network infrastructure consisting of routers, switches, wireless, load balancers, and other network devices and services
  • Perform analysis of networking problems, as well as provide highest-level response management
  • Ensure network redundancy, high availability, and failover testing across all enterprise WAN connectivity
  • Demonstrate expert level knowledge of network topologies, protocols, standards and conditions
  • Ensure changes to network configurations are made with minimal down-time and in accordance with change management policies
  • Responsible for configuration standards and support documentation
  • Reduce security risk by securing network platforms from vulnerabilities and maintain patching cycles of all network software and hardware
  • Ability to collaborate and work well with peers, across teams, and with customers in developing solutions and problem resolution
  • Understanding of network firewalls and network segmentation
  • Ability to work with business partners in the selection, procurement, implementation, and support of public and private circuits as well as networks at remote locations

What We Need From You
  • 10+ experience; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Required
  • Aruba and Cisco switching/routing/VXLAN
  • Aruba wireless in both office and manufacturing facilities
  • Citrix NetScaler Load Balancing including GSLB
  • Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and SDWAN
  • IPSec Site-to-site VPNs, both dynamic and static, with SDWAN on FortiGate firewalls
  • Network monitoring and management (Solarwinds, FortiManager, Ansible, and Fabric Composer preferred)
  • CCNP - Cisco Certified Network Professional Preferred
  • CCIE or equivalent in Aruba and FortiNet Preferred
