Network Engineer (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)

Travel: Monthly out-of-state travel required

Compensation: Converts to full-time salary of $100K–$110K

Overview

We are seeking a Network Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise environment focused on modernizing and maintaining multi-site network infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hands-on engineering work, enjoys solving complex network challenges, and can support both project-based initiatives and day-to-day operations.

You’ll play a key role in deploying, optimizing, and supporting network solutions across multiple locations, including participating in technology refresh initiatives and infrastructure improvements.

What You’ll Be Solving
  • Migrating and optimizing enterprise network environments across multiple sites
  • Supporting network reliability and performance across complex LAN/WAN environments
  • Driving technology refresh efforts and ensuring successful site deployments
  • Enhancing network visibility, security, and overall infrastructure stability
  • Troubleshooting critical issues and implementing long-term solutions
