Sterling Engineering is looking for a BIM Manager in Lenexa, KS. This opportunity is with an industry leader supporting large-scale data center construction projects.

Job Duties:
  • Support a large-scale data center project expected to run 2–3 years
  • Manage full BIM scope coordination with engineering teams, trade partners, and vendors
  • Support field layout, model-based quantity takeoffs, and fabrication workflows
  • Coordinate 3D models across all trades
  • Review and interpret construction documents and submittals
  • Utilize Autodesk products, Navisworks, BIM360/ACC, and Revit for project execution
  • Travel to various project locations as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of experience utilizing BIM-based workflows
  • Minimum 8 years of Revit experience, including at least 4 years of full-time Revit use
  • 3+ years of professional experience with Navisworks and BIM360/ACC
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and procedures
  • Experience with 3D coordination across multiple trades
