Job description

Do you have a fanatical belief in the power of narrative to foster positive social change? Are you an evocative storyteller and gifted strategist skilled at developing and implementing narrative and strategic communications plans for good causes? Blue Sky Funders Forum is seeking a Communications Manager to lead and implement our general communications initiatives, strengthen Blue Sky's voice and presence, and spearhead the next phase of Rethink OutsideTM, a shared narrative campaign that reframes meaningful connections to the outdoors as a human right.

Rethink Outside is at a pivotal moment as we enter its fifth year. The initiative is currently in the midst of an evaluation and reflection process to inform the next phase's design and strategy for increased impact and reach. The Communications Manager role is a new, full-time, exempt, and remote position, joining Blue Sky Funders Forum's existing team of two full-time employees: our Executive Director and our Program and Membership Manager.
