As a A&R Coordinator you will partner directly with A&R leadership to coordinate artist projects from development through release. Serve as a central point of coordination between artists, management, producers, songwriters, business affairs, finance, operations, and international teams, ensuring projects remain on schedule and all creative and operational requirements are met.

What you'll do:
  • Support A&R's in the planning, execution, and tracking of artist projects and releases.
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables across artists, management teams, producers, songwriters, and internal stakeholders.
  • Organize recording sessions, songwriting camps, studio bookings, and other project-related activities.
  • Manage artist and executive travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Coordinate with Sony Music teams across multiple countries and territories to ensure alignment on project execution and release schedules.
  • Track project milestones, approvals, and operational requirements to maintain timely delivery of releases.
  • Liaise with Business Affairs and Legal teams regarding producer agreements, guest artist agreements, licenses, waivers, and other project-related documentation.
  • Coordinate collection of producer, songwriter, and musician credits, publishing information, metadata, and other release assets.
  • Oversee delivery of label copy, ISRC requests, audio assets, artwork, and release documentation.
  • Maintain project trackers, release schedules, budgets, and internal reporting documents.
  • Facilitate communication between artists, managers, producers, and internal teams throughout all stages of a project.
  • Prepare project updates, presentations, meeting materials, and status reports for A&R leadership.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure projects progress efficiently from recording through release.
