Cowboy Harley-Davidson San Antonio is currently seeking a Motorcycle Sales Representative to join our team. 

Responsibilities
  • Consulting with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • The professional completion of all sales related paperwork
  • Following the Ed Morse "Steps to the Sale" to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-year retail sales or customer service experience required.
  • Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed
  • Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills
